Delivery
We are committed to manufacturing and delivering your goods as quickly as possible after the receipt of your order. Please note however, our current leadtime (4-7 weeks) may vary, depending on factors such as size, quantity and delivery location. This should be noted when placing an order with us to avoid disappointment. Please do not arrange any fitters before receiving your product as we will not refund their cost if the product delivery is delayed.
There is an automatic surcharge for deliveries to Scotland and Cornwall that will be displayed at checkout. We do not deliver outside the UK mainland, but we can normally deliver to a mainland port for you to then arrange collection. Please telephone for details.

-Any outer lying remote areas within the UK mainland or the Scottish Highlands or Scottish Isles

Please note if you’re employing builders or fitters, please ensure you are in receipt of the goods before committing to an installation date. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential expenses if delivery is delayed or goods arrive damaged.

Please note when ordering large items we will use a two-man courier service and are only advised 24 hours prior that delivery will be being made. At this point, we will advise you. We cannot change this date, and any refused deliveries will be subject to an additional delivery charge. If at the point of order, you ask us to deliver on specific times/dates, we will always do our best to accommodate this.
Cannock Gates
Please refer to individual gates for details of their respective carriage supplement. Fixtures and Fittings have no delivery charge if bought with a gate, otherwise a charge is applied.
Please note that some items may be despatched from separate depots and therefore could arrive at different times. If you are employing builders or fitters to install your items, please ensure that you are in receipt of your goods before committing to an installation date. Order Tracking
Depending on product availability and the time of the year, we do ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have specific delivery requirements or require an update on your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service department.
Product Availability
We always try to ensure that we have enough stock in our warehouse to satisfy every customer’s order. Occasionally we find we have more demand for a product than expected and this may mean a slight delay before we can satisfy your order with our replenished stocks. If high demand means that the item you require isn’t immediately available, please do bear with us – we will be doing our utmost to ensure you have it as soon as possible.
Returns
Any goods ordered through this website are covered under the distance selling contract and can therefore be returned within 7 days, however, if the return is for any other reason than damage or incorrect goods received, the collection charge will be passed onto you the customer.
DISCLAIMER***** A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If you wish for us to collect then an inbound delivery charge will be taken off the refund.
